Born in Rhodes, Greece, in 1990, DJ Jasmin made his name as an electronic music producer, specializing in creating signature sounds that refer to as "Journey".
DJ Jasmin's production work began in 2011, and over the years he has had a hand in a number of remixes, both official and unofficial  featuring works by Madonna, Kylie Minogue, The Weeknd, Ariana Grande, Roisin Murphy, Jessie Ware, Mariah Carey, Depeche Mode, Yinon Yahel, Donna De Lorry  and more.
His vision is to bring his music to the world and provide a brand new experience of Electronic Dance Music.

Sua jornada na cena teve início em 2012, quando começou a embalar as pistas do Circuito. Desde então, sua presença foi marcante em eventos de destaque, como BIGGER (São Paulo) e URSOUND (São Paulo), além de ser residente da renomada festa Bear Cantho de 2012 a 2014, em São Paulo.

Entre os anos de 2013 e 2017, levou sua música para além das fronteiras, conquistando o público argentino com apresentações memoráveis na UNITED PARTY, nas cidades de Córdoba e Buenos Aires.

Em 2018, o talento de Portilho DJ foi reconhecido também internacionalmente, com uma apresentação na Coco Club, em Santiago, Chile. No mesmo ano, fez sua estreia no México, marcando presença na maior festa Leather do país, o XXX BEARMEX.

O ano de 2019 foi marcado por uma experiência inesquecível na Parada Internacional da Cidade do México, um evento grandioso que reuniu cerca de 2 milhões de pessoas. E em 2023, retornou ao México, dessa vez em Puerto Vallarta, para o Bear Weekend Festival, conhecido como Bearadise.

Além desses eventos emblemáticos, Portilho DJ acumula outras gigs de sucesso, como Tv Bear (Rio), Bearway (Campinas), DLED (Balneário Camboriú), Cwbears (Curitiba), Bearnation (Rio), Euphoria After (São Paulo) e Florida After (Rio).

An exciting project to get fans of all the Club Mixes / Anthems spanning 1997-2004 to fund on our own the Programmers (House Music creators) who collaborated with famous American DJs!  MHR of course stands for 'The Melodic House Renaissance Project'.  Over the years I have grown tired of not hearing the great Club music we were used to spanning that famous period around the early 2000's.  I got so tired of it that I started reaching out to all the talented Programmers who create these sounds to see if they would be interested in coming back to the Club scene again and creating some new Anthems for us all!  Several have shown great interest and I have been working VERY close with some already, notably Jim Heinz who has also appointed me as his manager.  That is why with theMHRproject I hope to gather enough fans of this music all together under one roof with the intention for us to use sites like Kickstarter to once again fund this music.  If we can take care of the money aspect the Programmers can get right back to doing what they do best:  Bringing us unforgettable Anthems!
