We open our series with an artist we have been huge fans of for well over a decade - Luke Hess.

Born in 1980 in Metro Detroit and subject to the city's mid-90's warehouse parties, Luke Hess has harnessed a deep appreciation for electronic music and the expression of the underground movement.  His background in mathematics and engineering has given him a scientific approach to the dance-floor, using frequencies, tones, and soundscapes to transform surroundings and mood.

This incredible mix was recorded just a few weeks ago at Kenneth Christiansens "Dub Nation" event at About Blank, Berlin. Luke showcases his skills throughout, with tight, precise blends that he's made his signature. We are truly honoured to have one of our favourite ever artists open this series.

Lying on your back, watching the starlit sky, listening the campfire crackling, the sound of waves crashing to shore. You enter the imaginarium, dreaming of distant galaxies. Beyond starlit skies, beyond gravity, right to the point where the music takes over…everything.
