The Ebbs & Flows Mix series was born out of deep admiration for the CharlestheFirst project, and serves as an ongoing tribute to the pervasive and ineffable essence Charles brought to "Bass Music". Balancing ethereal atmospheres, alluring melodies, and emotive bass lines and wobbles, listeners are guided on a journey through various emotions.

Ebbs & Flows (Vol 3) - 2024 New Years Mix

This mix features some of my favorite atmospheric jungle, including recent releases, classics, and rare rips. It opens with 4hero remixing Courtney Pine's rendition of “I’ve Known Rivers,” a song by Gary Bartz, which is based on a poem by Langston Hughes, the writer and leader of the Harlem Renaissance. There’s important history behind jungle that I’m still learning about, and this opener and other selections allude to that. It's been more than a year since the last "vibes" mix. Hopefully the next one doesn't take so long.

Chill Jungle Vibes

At APOG 2021, my partner Skye and I were camped in the back of the tea tent we brought, we talked about what  it would look like to make a decompression space that was also a stage. Wildwood was a dream of both of ours for a space and vibe we felt lacking in the excitement of most festivals. Somewhere you could take a load off without retiring for the night or feeling removed from the experience. Over the past 3 years I've dove into curating that sound.  It is an exciting and unique vibe to curate, chill but energetic, calming but not sleepy, groovy and powerful but not overwhelming. All the music curated for this set was with the intention of supporting the energy we wanted Wildwood to hold for the community, as Skye put it "music you fall in love to". Hope you enjoy =)

Pachena Bay Music Festival was absolutely beautiful this year. An incredible weekend filled with incredible people, music, vibes and of course the most epic location. I started the day off early on Saturday 9:30-11:00 AM with some deep selects on the beach stage this year. 
Enjoy a nice casual listen through and hour and a half of some morning beach vibes spanning from raggae, jazzy and melodic Dubstep, Breaks, Hip-Hop & R&B. 💙☀️🌊🔊

Hope everyone has had an amazing summer! I wanted to share something that has been in the works for a very long time. The first Healing Energy mix came out nearly 2.5 years ago, which is crazy to think about! Time is moving way too fast! 

Healing Energy Vol. 2 takes you on a nearly 85-minute journey, seamlessly weaving through the many pockets of bass music. I'm always going to try my best to give you all something different, and I think I have done just that in this mix. While you know I love drum & bass, I wanted to give you a glimpse into the other sounds and styles that inspire me.
