Two average trail runners who love the mountains are hosting a very average podcast on this and other stuff. Featuring Mathias Eichler, Douglas Scott and the occasional friends, presented by The Outdoor Society.

I set up Tough Girl Challenges as a way of motivating and inspiring women and girls.
 
I interview inspirational female explorers, adventurers, athletes and everyday women who have overcome great challenges.
 
I completed the Marathon des Sables in April 2016. In 2017 I thru hiked the Appalachian Trail (2,190 miles) in 100 days. In 2018 I cycled from Vancouver in Canada to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico over 4,000 km!
