Neofobic was born in freedom. Improvised material melted into organic compositions reminiscent of soundtrack of a mime motion picture or a cubist painting. 
With solid acoustic ground and vivid live sampling the music morphs serene ambient and abstract jazz scenes with no fear of eclectics.

Celebrated Norwegian audio wizards finalized the album.

Erik Honoré (Jon Hassell, Arve Henriksen, Eivind Aarset, David Sylvian) left his landmark in the mix creating subtle treatments and three-dimensionality. Helge Sten (Deathprod, Supersilent) had the final touch mastering the album.

Neofobic is the latest album/projects by Dimitar Bodurov (piano, live sampling and electronics) and Jens Dueppe (drums and percussion). Having more than 8 years of musical history together, their debut as a duo took place at the Keys and Stix Festival 2008, an initiative by Bodurov dedicated to creative piano/drums duets. Since then they have developed a distinctive musical unity and rapport, which naturally let to creation of Neofobic.

the basic structure of my music is created very intuitively in live sessions using ableton live. most sounds are self-made on the spot. Later on I elaborate this basic structure to complete songs.

my generally musically thinking results of listening to electronic music masters like brian eno, aphax twin & plaid as well as minimal music composers as steve reich or arvo pärt or classical composers having used electronics long ago like as luigi nono.

my basic interest is to capture the emotional flow of the moment, which for me has always the highest personal impact of the very music one creates.
