Juri Heidemann, anteriormente conocido como Mio, es un DJ de Berlín y un productor versátil que se centra en el techno. Influenciado por varios géneros, crea constantemente su propia visión de la música electrónica con matices y texturas únicas en su sonido. 

Su enfoque artístico ya se puede escuchar en sellos importantes como Be As One, Imprint, Quartz Rec., Frenzy y muchos más. Gracias a sus conocimientos musicales, lleva a cada asistente a un viaje a través del sonido desde la vieja escuela hasta el sonido moderno y viceversa. No importa si son dos u ocho horas.

Sus sets están equipados con muchas producciones propias. Tendrás ritmos hipnóticos, ritmos temblorosos y loops interminables que mantendrán tus pies en movimiento.

Juri Heidemann former known as Mio, is a Berlin based DJ and a versatile producer, focusing on Techno. Influenced by various genres, he is constantly creating his very own vision of electronic
music with unique nuances and textures to his sound.

His artistic approach is already audible on important labels such as Be As One Imprint, Quartz Rec. , Frenzy and many more. Thanks to his musical knowledge he takes every crowd on a journey through sound from old school to modern sound and all the way back. No matter if it takes two or eight hours. 

His sets are equipped with lots of own productions. Expect hypnotic
grooves, shaky rhythms and endless loops that will keep your feet moving.

Anaz is a Hamburg-based queer Dj and Techno producer. Best known for his fine intuition to catch the dance floor, Anaz has always been equally interested in listening to and experimenting with different kinds of music. When mixing records he presents his own interpretation of catchiness, mixing bouncy rhythms, driving lows and percussions - his main purpose being making the floor dance. His music is characterized by a sound, that can be deep and trippy on the one side, or simply banging and pushing on the other.

With deep roots in the Hamburg techno scene, she began her musical journey by organizing events, among other things. Today she lives in Berlin and brings the unique sound and vibe of the city to her sets. As a newbie DJ, she has already conquered the dance floors of several Hamburg clubs. With hot vocals, bittersweet industrial and pulsating tribal sounds as well as a rousing baseline, she creates an unmistakable atmosphere that takes the crowd on a thrilling journey and makes people vibrate with her unique sound.

SØNO.CAST 03

MTD aka Rhythm Assembler is one of the talented Italian Artist, born in Mantova in 1986.
His first Label, called Sonntag Morgen was born in 2011, thanks to his passion of music and electronic scene and thanks to the collaboration with his partner Tracy.
They want to express a musical style witch is not very popular in Italy, based primarily on Techno / Dub but with influences from dark and spooky sounds combined with melodic and defined rhythms, creating a new refined underground beat.
MTD had the opportunity to collaborate with various Italian and international artists and play around Europe. In 2015 he made his debut at Tresor Berlin.
Two years later he decided to start a new chapter, called Methodical and in 2022 was born his alias Rhytm Assembler.
He has always proposed his idea of music.
Always focused on quality of sound, authenticity and he is constantly looking for originality. There is no space for trends.

SØNO.CAST 03 - MTD Rhythm Assembler

The new NEOGEN Podcast comes from our dear friend Danya.

Danya started her musical career six years ago in Greece, where she was part of the party series Entropia. In 2021, she relocated to Germany, where she now holds esteemed residencies at PAL (Hamburg) and Bunker Club (Kiel), while also being an integral member of the event series 6D.

Her evolution extends beyond the DJ booth, with a dedicated focus on refining her production skills. Her debut solo EP, Self Destructive Mechanism, made waves upon its release on Sine Space 7, paving the way for her subsequent works on labels such as Synergie, Eremit, and her latest release on Casanova Bar Records, available both on vinyl and digitally. Her tracks have earned support from prominent artists, and her DJing skills have led to performances at renowned venues like Tresor (Berlin), Rex Club (Paris), and PAL (Hamburg), to name a few.

Danya is fueled by a curiosity for innovation and a desire to push the limits of modern techno in her creations. As a DJ, she aims to provide storytelling sets that reflect her perception of this sound and what it stands for.

This months NEOGEN Podcast comes from the talented keos.

keos is a DJ and producer of various electronic genres with a focus on minimal hypnotic techno. She is a member of the Nuit Blanche collective and active in the Hamburg queer community, where she organizes various queer events. In 2022 she composed the soundtrack for the dance performance “Algorithmic Bodies” by Marcelo Doño and in 2023 the soundtrack for the dance performance “Faces” by Anngret Schultze. Both as a DJ and in her own productions, she is constantly searching and exploring new spheres of sound to create a complex and evolving journey that oscillates between deep and spherical to weird and trippy to groovy and bouncy and fast and driving. Alternating her mixing style between slow and tight transitions helps weaving these soundscapes into a intricate hypnotic garment.
