El Roque Nublo es el símbolo por antonomasia de la isla de Gran Canaria.
De origen volcánico, el roque se eleva 80 metros sobre su base aproximadamente y 1813 metros sobre el nivel del mar. En la antigüedad fue utilizado como lugar de culto aborigen. En el año 1987 fue declarado Espacio Natural y en 1994 fue declarado Parque Rural.

El Roque Nublo es la tercera altitud de la isla de Gran Canaria, tras el Morro de la Agujereada con 1.956 metros,3​ y el Pico de las Nieves con 1.949 metros. Existe un sendero con una caminata atractiva que lleva hasta la base del Roque Nublo en aproximadamente 40 minutos (2km,166m).

Cricket's melody in extended version!

This song is inspired by a 1992 experiment by Jim Wilson: He recorded the chirping of crickets and significantly slowed down the tape. This alteration revealed a melody that had previously gone unnoticed by human ears, as crickets produce their sounds at very high frequencies. Remarkably, the resulting melody consists of chords that are used in almost every piece of music today. Coincidence? They are also the basis for "A Cricket's Song". Enjoy! 😊

Dieser Song ist von einem Experiment des Forschers Jim Wilson aus dem Jahr 1992 inspiriert. Er zeichnete das Zirpen von Grillen auf und verlangsamte die Aufnahme erheblich. Dadurch tauchte aus dem Zirpen eine Melodie auf, die zuvor für das menschliche Ohr aufgrund der hohen Geschwindigkeit des Grillengesangs nicht hörbar war. Interessanterweise entspricht diese Melodie den Akkorden, die heute in nahezu jedem Musikstück Verwendung finden. Zufall? Sie bildet zudem die Grundlage für „A Cricket's Song“. Viel Spaß! 🎉
