Planet Arctica is under attack by Darkbot and the evil UltraCorp! Swarms of ships pour out of a warp gate, descending on the frozen planet. 

Launch the interceptors! The Mega Laser turrets lay heavy fire on the enemy, but they are too numerous. 

The Mega Defender system light up the Arctic Beam - a beacon that calls on the ancient robot paladins of the deep glaciers. The ice sheet crumbles as the Arctic heroes awake from their submerged hypersleep. Weapon systems, activate! 

Meanwhile, on the verge of being overrun, Station Bravo is calling for help. There is one light of hope, one league of powerful heroes that answer their call, when the Mega Team comes to the rescue! 

The Ultra-troopers are quick to retreat when the Arctic heroes bring destruction to their mothership - on fire, plummeting towards the frozen ground - but DarkBot tries to escape across the ice sheet in a hovercraft launched from a secret hatch! An interceptor sets off in pursuit, but DarkBot manages to get away. 

Back in the UltraCorp headquarters, DarkBot plots a new plan to invade Planet Arctica and get his revenge. Until then, the Arctic heroes set off to save the day once again.
