Delirium - a state of euphoria, ecstasy. Also, a disturbed state of mind or consciousness, especially an acute, transient condition associated with fever, intoxication, and certain other physical disorders, characterized by symptoms such as confusion, disorientation, agitation, and hallucinations.

In the next chapter of our little space odyssey, we've just lost it. Too long without a home, too long wandering through the depths of space and we have given in to imagination, psychedelia and the wildest dreams of our mind. Delirium is Electric Dreams Part II, but now we are in space. Still lost, but very high. Sometimes all we can do it get high and make it through the day and on to the next one.

Delirium

Back from a little vacation and wanted to explore some guitar sounds/techniques.  This one felt quicker than some of the others I've posted.  I finished most of it in a day but it sat waiting for me to get back from my little road trip.

The song sounded kind of deserted-y and roadish to me like someone was hitchhiking down a lonesome road.  I ended up going with the "my crap car finally gave up and I just need to leave it to its fate" motif (something I have personal experience in).

Left Behind

A song that transcends, works on different sound amalgams giving a texture and tension to the entire structure of the composition: it almost seems like a sonic dialogue between two people, a love story transcribed in the sounds. A composition that finds its pivot in indie dance!

I produce synth and keyboard-driven instrumentals inspired by synthwave, video game, and ambient styles. From chill VGM-inspired grooves to synth-fueled boss battles, I explore the many emotional dimensions that synth-based music can potentially express.

When I first started writing music, it was a means to express how I felt. I had no voice and I was very alone. I was abused, teased, bullied...I was made to feel less than human. I carried myself wondering 'what's wrong with me?'

As an adult, it wasn't any easier. I was homeless, helpless, and hopeless. I attempted suicide a number of times, I just didn't want to live anymore. When your pain is greater than your ability to cope, you get desperate.

Through therapy, counseling and medication my mental disabilities of PTSD, depression, panic and anxiety attacks are for the most part stable. With a clearer mind, and maybe being older too, I realize that all that time growing up I thought I was the problem, when I never was. All those wasted years all due from a lack of being loved and protected. Still, so stands this man before you...stronger, talented, smarter..

Imperfectly perfect.

We will all have our days, but just remember, no matter what you're going through, that you are perfect just the way you are. It is perfectly natural to feel anything you feel, but it is what you do when you are feeling these emotions that define you!

Love who you are and be kind, always. You never know what anyone is going through :)
