Yes, I'm aware of what happened regarding Crimson. This is in no way me trying to defend his actions, nor anyone else's similar to that situation. I knew Crimson really well and have always wanted to do a remix of his old Self-Megalo since he was a great friend that I want to help grow and help better himself. He's since tried his hardest to contact and make up with the people involved and is trying his very best daily to better himself and to learn from his mistakes. Losing contact with many friends and nearly being cut off from the people who he had shown genuine support and friendship towards for years was enough of a fright for him, and ever since he has taken the necessary steps to grow, learn, and atone for what he did. There is no doubt in my mind that he can't go a single night without thinking about what happened and regretting it all.

If me posting a remix of his old Self-insert Megalovania is enough for you to get angry, then you're gonna have to deal with it. This remix was started in 2018, and I've gotten it to a point where I can say that I am extremely proud of how it sounds. Sure, it's not literally perfect in every single area, but I'd go as far as to say it's the best "Megalo" styled track that I've made and will ever make. Oh, and Crimson gave me permission to call it "Definitive Edition".

I'm Starshade. I mostly do remixes or covers of other musicians' work, mainly to show appreciation for my favorite songs.
