Cruising at a laid-back 123bpm with crisp hats, conga fills and metallic claps – Meridian expertly unveils its precise layers of synth work. This is a truly beautiful record, a firm fan favorite from Pure Trance Vol. 7 and a track which even inspired its own range of ‘couples’ T-Shirts in the Pure Trance store! The magic ingredient here must be the heartfelt delivery of Megan’s softly spoken and sung vocal: “I love you, I wouldn’t change a thing”. Vadim’s production here is brilliantly original and organic-sounding, his use of layers is minimal; allowing the vocal space to shine. Along with his Original, Vadim provides a darker more tech-influenced version (in the truest sense of the word – we’re not talking ‘tech-trance’ here, it’s more house in nature actually). Solarstone has deconstructed then reassembled Heart Connected for his own sets, stripping back the elements; giving the track a more Balearic feel in the process. The only actual remix in this release comes from the prog-tastic Christian Monique, whose recent remixes on 3rd Avenue and Mystic Carousel piqued Solarstone’s interest enough for us to reach out for one of Christian’s and his warm and fuzzy re-visualizations.

Taken from his recent EP ‘Rooms’, ‘IOU’ forms a more reflective Jason Ross composition, inspired by his time in the diversity of the Los Angeles music scene. Jason Ross’s Original delivers a hypnotic ambience when paired with Emilie Brandt's compelling vocal performance, known for her work with Illenium on his 2017 album ‘Awake’.

With a fresh rework, Jason reverts back to his club roots, transforming the mellow electronica of ‘IOU’ into a rolling euphoric journey, which attendees to his recent North American ‘Rooms’ tour will have experienced live. On the flip side, US producers Crystal Skies provide a polished dubstep rework that keeps the original music at its heart.

Sound Quelle, one of the most prolific and decorated contributors to our label, treats us to "Iridescent," his transcendent debut artist album. An artist whose compositional gifts traverse the electronic dance music spectrum, he is perhaps best known for his trance & progressive works, thanks to consistent radio support from Armin van Buuren and Above & Beyond in recent years. Yet, on our label, the Russian phenom has carved his niche exploring deeper sonic terrain, and it is from that wellspring that his new "Iridescent" LP has blossomed. 

Consisting of a dozen mesmerizing tunes, the album evinces a strong world music influence, as the various deep and progressive-flavored cuts are imbued with hints of the exotic, including the frequent use of quasi-ethnic motifs. The album also showcases two new collaborations with Canadian singer-songwriter and recent muse Brandon Mignacca, whose achingly beautiful vocal stylings perfectly complement Sound Quelle's poignant instrumental themes. Sound Quelle's penchant for the cinematic can be experienced vis-à-vis the album's opening and concluding cuts, which again demonstrate his remarkable range.

Thus, it is our enormous honor to present "Iridescent," a full listen of which leaves the listener with a palpable sense of spiritual awe.

Neptune Project - A duo consisting of Dan Willis and Jules Moyce are creating their own legacy in trance music with not only their unique vintage production sound, but also due to the global demand of their extended sets. So many fans have been left in sheer amazement after witnessing these marathon performances, which can only be described as 'the ultimate journey' in trance.

With their track 'Aztec' being named by world number 1 DJ, Armin Van Buuren as his favourite production of 2009,  the UK pair have gone on to have releases on all of the major labels including Anjunabeats, Armada, Vandit, Subculture and Future Sound of Egypt. Along the way they have also remixed for the likes of Above & Beyond, Paul Van Dyk, Aly & Fila and produced an incredible modern take on Pink Floyd's music.
 
With their own Mythology label focused solely on their own productions, combined with the innovative platform Amplifyd, Neptune Project are a strong driving force in the world of trance.
