The days get shorter, the nights get longer and we start shifting into the lighter months of Winter. 
Time to pull out the Winter Garments. Time to engage, and be Involved with, effort. 
What I love most about this energy is that it's great for restoring and healing. You can utilize Eheyeh, to clear away all the muck that you’ve accumulated throughout the year and yes - we accumulate,
Every slight, every argument, every time you’re stuck in traffic for two hours… just as having love in your life can warm your heart, a negative event can leave its mark too. It doesn’t have to be a big thing either - just an annoyance or aggravation or something that bummed you out. All those little “hurts” leave a little residue behind and after a while, it builds up into a sticky, stubborn block.
It’s why you still feel the sting of the event, even after all this time…
But we can clear that out.
