Sunny Delight

Tim Clark is affectionately called “Little Timmy Hendrix” by his Belong To Song family. He is a prolific songwriter and wicked electric guitar player. Mixolydia is one of his many cool and groovy psychedelic songs, reminiscent of the 60s & 70s.

Kim is a multi-talented singer-songwriter, guitarist and drummer with a warm, beautiful heart and a wicked sense of humour. Kim writes 

“This song was originally written as a farewell to BC in 2005. I was moving to Ontario, and felt quite excited at the possibilities I faced. The 2nd verse, however, did not feel "right" to me, as lyrically it was not giving an honest message. When my beloved pet cat died in the spring of 2016, the song's true message became clear.

This song is about working through a great loss, and the messiness of grieving. The loss can be in any form; loss of a loved one, loss of a relationship, loss of a pet, loss of your childhood, or even losing your way from God's grace. For me, the hardest part of grieving is learning to keep putting one foot in front of the other, and to continue moving forward.

My hope is this song will help others moving forward...Steady Onward.”

As a result of his involvement with this recording project and with the Belong To Song community, Kevin is highly motivated to continue to develop his skills as a guitarist and singer-songwriter. After years of playing solo, he is excited about the opportunity to explore playing music with other Belong To Song musicians.

Another

Larry has written hundreds of songs. He is a great vocal improviser, sometimes seeming to channel Joe Cocker when performing with rock musicians at Belong To Song. His quiet, gentle side is evident in the many original love songs he shares at Belong To Song.
