Jacob is a professional action sports athlete covering a massive 16 action sports, from freediving to World Chase Tag. A full-time parkour/freerunning coach, teaching ages 4-90, he jumped into the public eye on ITV’s NINJA WARRIOR UK, finishing as a 2 x Grand Finalist. Seeking personal growth and battling through fears, he’s recently delved into the world of stand-up comedy and learnt to skydive.

Having trained in traditional Chinese martial arts since his teens, Shkar is the founder and head instructor at Kung Fu Zone in the UK, where he specialises in the Tiger Crane Combination Kung Fu system and the Shuang Yang White Crane Soft Fist. She curates safe temple spaces that empower people to soften into their shadow side, express their sexuality and connect to the divine. Her shameless sex-positive approach creates a container that enables people to explore masculine and feminine energies - and everything in between.

Emily Haldane is a trauma-informed Stretching Through Trauma facilitator who works with the physical and spiritual body of people from all walks of life. She runs regular workshops in central London and has run workshops in countries such as South Africa, Australia, Cambodia and the UK where she now resides. Her work focuses on re-embodiment and release with an aim to reset people’s bodies to a state in which they can function once again at their best capacity.
