NETN defines itself as a journey of atmospheres full of grooves and fast rhythms capable of enveloping you without brakes until its most unexpected closures. Based in Madrid and belonging to the capital’s underground culture, he lives influenced by an avant-garde sound brought from European capitals such as Amsterdam or Berlin.

Jay LaCalle begins his musical career at the early age of 17 back in his home town, Valladolid (Spain). In those early years, Valladolid was the melting pot of some of the best techno in Spain and a landmark for thousand of clubbers from all over the country who would flock there every weekend to enjoy the music and freedom that techno evokes and embraces. Thanks to this, he came across many pioneers in the electronic music scene of the time,  from whom he learned mixing technique and helped him develop an eclectic taste that influenced the rest of his career.
During these early years, Jay played at countless illegal and clandestine parties as well as some renowned night clubs (Punto y aparte, El Refugio, 1900, etc.), developing a style influenced by the roughest variations of Techno, but also by softer styles like House, Minimal, Trip Hop and experimental electronic.

In 2010 he moved to London, where he began a new musical path characterized by a broadening of his musical influences. He got the ropes of producing his own sounds that would later implement in his own sets when playing at endless private parties. More recently, he has collaborated with LNJ collective, playing at Scala club in Kings Cross, in the heart of the capital.

His sets are well developed and structured, almost hypnotic, with an impeccable musical choice that seek to make the crowd dance their feet away.
