I had the pleasure of opening the Liquid Stage at this year's Noisily Festival, right after the opening ceremony (pictured). It was blisteringly hot (definitely not a given for the British summer!) and the dancefloor was packed with smiling, dancing people, which made for an awesome start to what was an amazing weekend all round.

Opening Set @ Noisily 2018

Drawing from a diverse musical background, **Unfathomable** is the psytrance alias of Indian producer Hazel Raj. With roots in Christian choirs, rock, and psychedelic music, her sound evolved after a pivotal journey to Goa, where the legendary trance parties at venues like Hilltop and Curlies ignited a passion for music production.

Unfathomable crafts a distinctive dark-progressive vibe, defined by hypnotic sample and hold, intricate FM leads, and organic basslines. Her debut three-track EP, **Tower of Ivory**, is a testament to this unique sound and a deeply personal ode to Mother Mary. A self-taught artist, Unfathomable is an emerging force in the psytrance scene, blending spiritual depth with raw, dancefloor energy.

Neurodriver, aka Dom Smart, is a UK-based producer, sound designer, audio software developer and DJ, with a long string of releases to his name.

His genre-defying music blends influences from techno, house and psychedelia into a futuristic hybrid of hypnotic sound, expertly crafted for full-range sound systems. Being a classically-trained musician and an expert sound designer, his music possesses an emotional diversity ranging from grinding machine rhythms to moments of sublime beauty– equally at home on sun-drenched festival stages, or dark, peak-time dance floors.

As a DJ, Dom’s energetic and improvisatory sets have rocked clubs and festival dancefloors all over the world, including Fabric, Glastonbury, Burning Man, Boom, Glade, Noisily, and many more. And when he’s not DJing or writing music, Dom develops music software with his company, Devious Machines.
