This is a previously unfinished and unreleased techno project that I originally started back in 1999, with loops made in Fruity Loops (long before it became a DAW) using sounds created in Generator/Reaktor.  About half of it is the old sounds, and half are new.

I tasked myself with making this using only one piece of gear, my Roland Jupiter X.  This is inspired by early IDM, especially early Aphex Twin and Autechre.

Title has a double-meaning.  The drums on this were mostly played in live rather than being drawn on the grid, so the track has an overall "loose" feeling.  Second, remember the movie "FootLoose", where the authorities tried to ban dancing?  Well, in Chechnya, the authorities are trying to ban music that falls outside the range of 80-116 bpm.  This track is at 106bpm, so it is technically compliant.  So it's not "FootLoose", it's "Hand Tight", lol.
