Ukai and Aziz aka Walter Griot are a DJ duo from Berlin who have been playing at various events and stages around the world for over a decade. They are one of the pioneers of Afrohouse/tech here in Germany and host their own events, combining house and techno with African sounds and bringing out their roots in the music. With their unique sound and the homage to black culture celebrated in their music, they place a lot of emphasis on the origins of electronic music/house music.

I am still glowing from all the warm and lovely feedback, people dancing through the whole set and all the love throughout the evening. The Artist care, a lot of warm smiles and people cheering filled me up so much with positivity 🫶

One comment especially stuck in my head, where the person was literally saying that i „saved“ her and her friends evening with my music 🥹 so if you have a bad day, maybe try listening to this set :)

Bang, Bang, Bang! Non-stop bangers with no mercy. Just 129 BPM of the sweatiest and sexiest workout we ever had together. Really the most intense set I’ve played so far, and for good reason.

For this year's Burning Man Decompression, we went all out. The underground rave cave did not disappoint and this set only TRIES to translate the insane energy that was consistently there. You kept asking for more, and together we reached levels of naughty, sexy, acid, bouncy, and downright dirty techno that I had not reached before. As soon as I stepped in the rave cave, it was quite apparent this was exactly where we were headed.

Thank you for trusting me, for jumping, for screaming, for going crazy. 

Thank you to my burner family, organizers, leads, decorators, helpers, co-creators, artists, talents, space holders, workshop givers, venue owners, light magicians, and to everyone I hugged and interacted with that weekend. Definitely the best decompression ever, the weekend I look forward to the most in Zürich.
