Having cut his cloth in the London underground party scene, Maxx quickly cemented his reputation as a technically accomplished DJ with an ear for quality, genre-transcending techno. He then went on to headline and play parties in most of the major cities around the World. From New York to Moscow, Berlin, Chicago, Stockholm, Madrid, Rome, Copenhagen, Warsaw, Prague, Bordeaux, Sofia, Bucharest, and many, many more…

A formally trained piano player, and with a diploma in Music Technology and Sound Engineering, Maxx runs his own labels Polymeric Records, Modular Soul, and T Sessions, and co-runs Astral Tech with old friend P.I.N.O. Lopez. He also co-founded and co-run Carbon Audio label in Austria with Rene Reiter for 6 years between 2009 and 2014, and worked as label manager for Molecular Recordings for 10 years between 2014 and 2024. Most of these these labels are available on vinyl, as MAXX is still making a point of supporting the media from time to time, by playing vinyl at his gigs, whenever possible.

After moving to London from Italy, where he was born, MAXX has released over 200 tracks, including vinyl releases on Polymeric, Primate, Involve, Cluster, Stay Up Forever, Suspected, Physical, Interruption, Berlin Invasion, Carbon Audio, Guild, Generator UK, Killawatts, Open Source, Techno Sessions, Interstate One, Interstate Colour, Techno Vinyls Records, Toolbox Killerz, and Reborn UK, collaborating along the way with many great artists, like Orlando Voorn, Chris Liberator and Pounding Grooves. His work has also been remixed by some great Techno producers, like Steve Stoll, Orlando Voorn, DJ ESP aka Woody McBride, Jam El Mar from Jam & Spoon, Nihil Young, Dolby D, and Subject One, to name a few.

My name is Alexander and I live in the amazing city of Stockholm, Sweden. My passion in life is simple. Producing music and playing it live for the best crowds in the world, and of course the indescribable feeling when people are raving to my music at a nightclub or a festival.

Currently I am managing a nightclub in my hometown and diving into the fantastic world of electronic dance music.

GRAU creates intelligent, sophisticated electronic music in Berlin, Germany. Far removed from the ordinary and always searching for new sounds, GRAU is neither black nor white. Accordingly, the live duo from Berlin describes their music as something between electro pop and house; between melodic and driving; between straightforward and diverse, but always fluid and expertly crafted.

ANNER’s enchanting, breathy vocals – sung in her mother tongue of German – effortlessly float over SlikNik’s dark atmospheres. Rather than clashing, these seemingly-opposed elements melt into a harmo- nious, perfectly balanced sonic yin and yang. SlikNik and ANNER, the two artists behind the project, are no newcomers to music.

The Vienna-born Niko Stoessl was already a gold-, platinum- and double-platinum-selling producer in his early career in Austria and has contributed as producer and musician to projects with Dave Gahan/Depeche Mode, Crystal Castles, Moto Boy, Patrice and Nihils. As SlikNik he has been involved in remixes for Autist, IAMX, SDP, and Broad Bean Band.

ANNER (born Anna Lanfer) isn’t just the voice of GRAU, but is also
responsible for the duet’s poetic, heartfelt lyrics. The roots of her sin-
ging come from the jazz and blues she grew up on in her hometown
of Oldenburg, Germany. As a singer/songwriter she then took a de-
tour into pop music. What followed was her own live band, numerous appearances as a background singer and a contract as a studio singer before her passion for electronic music took hold. Since then, she has performed her minimal- house-influenced blend of genres under the moniker DJ ANNER and has collaborated with artists from the Berlin techno scene such as Fuchsberg/Symbiont-Music.

Dan Schwebel, known as Synth Centric, is an Australian beat maker, music producer, writer and educator.
