Some claim that when we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus, that we are finished with this temptation.  That we are currently made complete through our salvation and sin has no power to tempt us.  This is simply NOT true.  The bible has many things to say about very real and current temptation for the believer.  Including: Matthew 26:41, 1 Corinthians 10:13, Ephesians 6:11, Galatians 5:16-17, etc.

This song depicts someone who is struggling with sin and can't seem to get past the walls that enclose him.  In each new verse the person gradually realizes their need to seek Jesus daily and put their sinful desires to death.
