As we reached the 10k milestone we wanted to stand still to a certain matter that is getting a lot of attention in Belgium right now.
In the new policy paper released by our government we read that subsidies for cultural projects have declined with 60%. In a way you could say bluntly that because of this measure, our cultural sector will now create 60% less content. 
To be honest this doesn’t affect us directly but still, being an artist we felt a certain need to communicate about this - because it’s something that is happening closer to our occupation and daily life more than ever. In our close circle we know a lot of people who are really trying their best to do valuable things in this area; actors, artists, people working as freelance documentary makers, starting theatre companies, people organizing festivals / events, .. and they will without a doubt have a harder time carrying out what they have been in the past years.

Without getting too politically involved as an artist and rather create music and parties where all of this doesn’t really matter, where people unite as one and feel happy, we still wanted to show sympathy for our cultural sector and all / everything involved.

As support to all artists, organizations who promote culture and also established companies, we are therefore giving away 40% of a track we recently made.

We hope you all understand this statement and who knows - there might be a Christmas gift on the horizon.. (;
