DJ Sonicboom is a powerhouse on the airwaves, broadcasting weekly on TeamSoca.com, where he produces and hosts his very own show. A passionate ambassador for Soca music, Sonicboom has spent years championing the genre, bringing high-energy vibes and infectious rhythms to global audiences.

His journey has led him to perform at some of the most iconic events in the Soca scene, including Soca or Die, Soca Brainwash, Soca Baby, Soca Rehab, Hookie, and more. Sonicboom’s talent and dedication have earned him spots on stages across the globe—from the streets of London to the beaches of St. Maarten and the Bahamas, and from the heart of Trinidad to cities across North America including Montreal, Toronto, New York, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles, North Carolina, Boston, Philadelphia, and Texas. His more recent travels have taken him to Jamaica, Mexico, and Antigua.

DJ JEL is an International Soca DJ. Known for his tagline, “The Soca Boss,” DJ JEL is currently one of the best soca DJs in the market right now. DJ JEL is a Trinbagonian with roots in Couva (Central Trinidad).  His performance style sets him apart as he incorporates music that isn’t always in the popular rotation. DJ JEL has shared his love for soca music in various stages across the globe including Japan, Australia, The United Kingdom, The USA, and across the Caribbean. DJ JEL has opened for acts such as Machel Montano, Patrice Roberts, Kes The Band, Skinny Fabulous, Voice and more. 

JEL is an industry thought leader. He’s worked on several campaigns with  digital streaming platforms such as Spotify, Pandora, Apple Music, and Audiomack to grow the listenership of soca music from the region.  JEL is currently program director for the Soca Channel & curator for Tuff Soca Satellite radio on Sirius XM (Channel 1142) JEL is one of the first DJs to launch an 100% soca music channel on Sirius XM in the US & Canada. The channel features soca music from across the Caribbean/ Caribbean Diaspora that is registered and available for digital purchase. 

DJ JEL has won the FETELIST awards for Soca DJ of the year a total of three years in a row. DJ JEL soca mixes reaches 19 million streaming users via Apple, Soundcloud, Google Podcasts, Tune In & Jelinthemix.com.
