"Better Man" had its world premiere at the 2024 Telluride Film Festival, where it received positive reviews for its elaborately staged and choreographed musical sequences from director Michael Gracey ("The Greatest Showman") and the raw honesty with which global pop star Robbie Williams allowed his story to be told (all the while being portrayed on-screen by a CGI monkey). The Oscar-nominated Visual Effects team consisting of Luke Millar, David Clayton, Keith Herft, and Peter Stubbsugh were all kind enough to spend some time speaking with us about their work on the film, which you can listen to below. Interview With The "Better Man" Visual Effects Team

"The Knife" is an American psychological drama film produced and directed by Nnamdi Asomugha (in his directorial debut) and co-written by Asomugha and Mark Duplass. The film stars Asomugha, Melissa Leo, Aja Naomi King, and Manny Jacinto as it follows a family throughout one night after an intruder breaks into their home, leading to a tense, mind-twisting investigation. The film premiered in competition at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival, where it won awards for Best New Narrative Director and Best Cinematography and was nominated for the Founders Award for Best U.S. Narrative Feature. Asomugha & Leo were kind enough to speak with us about their work and experiences making the film, which you can listen to below. "Went Up The Hill" is a thriller drama film directed by Samuel Van Grinsven starring Dacre Montgomery as Jack, a man returning to his native New Zealand to attend the funeral of his birth mother, from whom he was taken away and placed into foster care; he meets his mother's widow Jill (Vicky Krieps) for the first time, only for his mother to return in spirit form and inhabit both Jack and Jill, using each of their bodies to speak to the other. "The White Lotus" returned for a third season this year, once again, with all eight episodes written and directed by Mike White. The season features an ensemble cast of Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, Walton Goggins, Sarah Catherine Hook, Jason Isaacs, Lalisa Manobal, Michelle Monaghan, Sam Nivola, Lek Patravadi, Parker Posey, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Tayme Thapthimthong, Aimee Lou Wood, Sam Rockwell, and Scott Glenn, with Natasha Rothwell and Jon Gries reprising their roles from prior seasons. The series follows the lives of the staff and wealthy guests at a wellness resort in Thailand. The season mainly received positive reviews from critics, garnering 10 nominations at the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards and 13 nominations at the 77th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards. Interview With "The White Lotus" Star Jason Isaacs

Since it premiered in 2009, "RuPaul's Drag Race" has steadily grown to become one of the most popular reality competition shows on television. It has won a total of 29 Primetime Emmys and spawned multiple spin-offs, including the ever-popular "RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars," which just completed its 10th season, and numerous international competitions. For its 17th season, "RuPaul's Drag Race" recently earned eight Emmy nominations, including for Outstanding Makeup for a Variety, Nonfiction or Reality Program.
