The current standard is 44.1kHz and has been around since the late 70's. 96kHz has over double the information in the waveform and thus is a more true representation of the sound. This can be heard, but mostly felt through good quality sound systems.

It begins with the source material.
Ever seen one of those Hollywood mixing videos where the engineer just slams the faders up, does some EQ and compression and it all just seems to come together? That's good source material in play. When you've got strong foundations, things just come together - hours and days of frustrated 'fixing' just isn't necessary.
It leaves you free to make music.

This is the source material. From a bespoke collection of Full-On Psytrance kicks, through an army of deadly bass kits, a selection of precision snares and claps and an avalanche of Psy-specific percussion elements, Foundations is the library you're going to be working from time and time again.

Created by Ady Scorb and Vince Virtual Light, Foundations is the result of two veteran producers and months in the lab. Ne Yam est un projet de musique électronique psychédélique qui fusionne des sonorités trance et techno avec des influences cinématographiques, créant un son à la fois deep et groovy. Après des débuts prometteurs en 2018 au Son Libre Festival, Ne Yam a rapidement capté l’attention de la scène électronique grâce à son énergie créative débordante.
Entre 2019 et 2023, il a sorti plus de dix morceaux et trois EPs sur des labels renommés tels que TesseractStudio, Hadra Records et Techsafari Records. Parmi ses œuvres notables figurent les EPs « Into My Dream » (Ipnotica Records, 2021), « The Way of Life » (Timelapse Records) et « Machine Calling » (Hadra Records).
Repéré par Hadra Records en 2022, Ne Yam s’est produit lors d’événements majeurs tels que le Hadra Trance Festival, le Château Perché Festival et le Nataraja Festival, renforçant ainsi son impact sur la scène psytrance.
Récemment, il a lancé son premier album, Light Night, chez Hadra Records, un projet qui marque une nouvelle étape dans sa carrière. Ne Yam continue d’élargir ses horizons musicaux avec des performances de plus en plus fréquentes, y compris ses premières dates à l’étranger.
