Quickie from us: "The Thing about Foxes is we Love her... Her vocals are beautiful and effortless and carry such a nice emotional sense of gravity. Its why we think her vocals always do so well with dance music. Holding onto Heaven was definitely a fun challenge for us to remix. The original is very far from a dance track and we wanted to think out of the box and do something unusual with the vocal. Additionally there were so many cinematic parts to the song to use particularly the string. In our remix you will here some vocal transposing that we think adds this very strange but unique edge that cuts through. That paired with our melody and the strong we think we came out with a very dynamic song thats in a constant flux of feeling."

Our favourite festival in the world Shambhala in deepest British Columbia Canada was nearly closed down due to huge forest fires closing in on the vicinity. Rain was needed and it came during our set in the stunning Fractal Forest!

Here is the set that I made for my annual performance at Shambhala Music Festival. As always I have poured my heart and soul into making the best set I could, and this year, like every year, it was an amazing time. Thanks to the few thousand people who came to hear it live, and Rich E Rich / Fractal Forest for having me back to play, 8 years counting.


I’d like to also say thanks to all the artists / labels who sent me upfront music, stems, acapellas and anything else I could get out of them… haha. Without you guys I wouldn’t be able to make the arrangements that I do. Almost everything in this set is my own edit for arrangement or what I needed the music to do, but on the track list I have listed the original tracks instead of putting “edit” beside everything...


I sincerely hope you enjoy the music. I’ll be working hard over the next few months writing new records, and getting ready for next years tours…

Löwenherz, who grew up in Tübingen started to produce music at the young age of 14 years. As a child he received piano lessons which is also the reason for his affinity to create catchy melodies. 
He completed his management studies in Stuttgart, Istanbul and Switzerland. Simultaneously he played in various clubs and cities gaining very different impressions and experiences from which he developed his out his present style. 
The style of his own productions and sets moves between Deep and Techhouse, to emphasize, however, are the harmonic melodies, which can be found in his entire music as a common component. 
Since the beginning of the year he is producing and performing with his friend and colleague "Freed". You can be curious about this promising cooperation generating more wonderful tracks and surprises!
In July 2014 Löwenherz released his first EP "Bearleener" at the Zurich based Label Indiana Tones. On the first day the club hit "Bearleener" reached the Top20 Beatport Release Charts.
