I wrote this song with MiLu Lotus, she wrote the music and sang it wonderfully, I wrote the lyrics and produced the video. MiLu did a great job putting the song together and adding my lyrics to it, I hope the video enhances the song. We all need help at one point or another and this song is about that, it's about hope and that sometimes it's best to turn the other cheek and keep the peace. It's religious and spiritual and about finding strength wherever you can. The cover art was created by Pablo Paz, he did a beautiful job painting it and allowed me to use it for this video. Here is a small jazz impro, freely based on an old cuban folksong 🥥 while thinking of a forgotten old rum distillery, somewhere at an inaccessible beach in the caribbean tropics - a magical place that only a handful of people know about. (And if you listen closely, you can hear the quiet crackling of the rum fire in the background).

That's right, I have a new axe...a Schecter. I never even considered one before. But, I saw great reviews(and it cost 1/3 the price my Les Paul) so I picked one up. I wrote this epic instrumental to give it a test drive. I cut the drum loops (and gave them that big 80s feel), used my LPs for the rhythm guitars, played bass, layered harmonies of the Schecter's sweet, singing tone for the chorus and let 'er rip on some lead and Floyd Rose dive bombs. Such a fun guitar to play!
