Today, I'm listening to an upcoming release on Bigo & Twigetti, titled From the Deep, collecting five pieces by different composers, all performed by a newly formed Curve Ensemble. "Taking their name from the arc shape they perform in, Curve Ensemble is made up of a group of friends who met playing with many of the major orchestras and chamber ensembles on platforms throughout the UK and abroad." This is a collective of musicians, each bringing their own unique experience to the entire whole, turning original compositions into emotional, heartfelt, and honest music. These immersive performances include works from Angus MacRae, Jim Perkins, Tony Woollard, Anna De Bruin and Daniel Hewson. For my introduction to this upcoming album, I've selected a piece by none other than the founder of this London-based imprint, Jim Perkins. It's a deceptively simple composition, demonstrating how even the most unadorned melody can transform the delivery in the hands of the performers who truly connect with its message. The album depicts the process of evolution from the very principle to the end of history. From the Big Bang, the songs will describes the first ancestral groups and the foundation of cities. Then the aknowledgment of trascendence and the acquirance of technologies will create prosperous socities. But progress means conflit: the different group of humans will start the Great War. In the end the world is reduced to an apocalyptical scenario: we're back at the beginning. But maybe this time history will teach something...
This album was made in 2017.

Luca's music is visceral with a life beyond itself, cinematic yet personal. With his innovative approach to how far a traditional instrument can take you, he makes intensely real music, pain-stakingly crafted to move you to another place: an antidote to the noise of modern life and a rare chance for reflection.

A full-length album from Luca D'Alberto is due in 2017 on 7K! Titled 'Endless,' the album was played entirely by D’Alberto and engineered by Martyn Heyne with additional production by Henrik Schwarz, shaking his classical training into new forms. 

To celebrate the beginnings of the new 7K! brand, 7K! has teamed up with Berlin radio station Flux FM who will be launching the new radio channel Neo FM on January 27th. Luca D'Alberto will play his first live show, complete with 4 piece ensemble, live at the event, which will be streamed worldwide from Silent Green in Berlin. Luca D'Alberto's debut album Endless, produced by Martyn Heyne and Henrik Schwarz, is due for release on 7K! in 2017.

Hi! I'm Niccolò: I make music in my room with a digital piano and Logic. I'm focusing mainly on OST for D&D sessions. Feel free to use them, they're all with free licence. Let me know how to improve and getting better. I'll be happy also in trying to help if you have some necessities or request for songs.
My influences are Yoko Shimomura, Nobuo Uematsu, Joe Hisaishi, Masayoshi Soken as well as the great Philip Glass.

I'm developing also playlists for D&D soundtracks: if you have suggestions or track to recommend, write me!

I also make alternative rock songs. The project witch I'm slowly developing is "Through Hell and Heaven", a tell witch analyze the more sore aspects of life as well as the birghtest, trying to find balance.
Here I am inspired mainly by Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, Einsturzende Neubauten, Swans as well from songwriters as Tom Waits.
