Meet the newly born, psychedelic artist Erika Goodwin as 26fix. After playing guitar with the band Brother for several years, opening for The Marias and Alvvays last year, the Salt Lake City-Utah artist has found new meaning and purpose by creating and performing her own music. “She hit me first”, her first single with Nice Guys Records, tells the story of the darkest time in her life; enduring a life changing faith crisis and a heartbreaking loss. Driven by heavy bass and drums, the song is layered with haunting vocals, melodious brass, and dreamy guitars, reflecting that dismal time.
