Bertrand (23.4) has been producing electronic music for over 10 years under various aliases in Lille (north of France).

He started the dub techno project 23.4 in 2020 by releasing tracks on various artists' compilations (Insectorama, Axaminer, Pragmat..)
This year he released two EPs : one on One sun Yellow and another one on Slope point.

He will make his debut on Entourage Concept in January 2022 with a higher pace dub techno EP.

Inspired by the 90's sound, he mainly focuses his sets and productions on dub, minimal and Detroit sounds.
