Für mich ist dieser Song mehr als nur ein Track – es ist ein Ausdruck von dem, was ich tief in meinem Herzen fühle. Ich sehe die Welt um mich herum, all das Leid, die Ungerechtigkeit, die Zerrissenheit, und ich frage mich immer wieder: Warum machen wir es uns so schwer? Warum warten wir darauf, dass Systeme oder Regierungen etwas verändern, wenn wir doch selbst die Kraft haben, etwas zu tun? Genau darum geht es in "Hand in Hand".

Egal, wo du hinschaust, es gibt immer jemanden, der Hilfe braucht, und genauso gibt es immer jemanden, der helfen kann. Das ist kein Zufall, das ist unsere größte Stärke als Menschen. Und ich wollte das Gefühl einfangen, wie es ist, diese Stärke zu leben – frei, ohne Schuldgefühle, ohne Bedingungen. Einfach, weil wir es können.

In den Strophen wird transportiert, was mich schon so lange beschäftigt. Ich sehe Menschen, die sich in Ideologien verlieren, sich von Bürokratie und Systemen erdrücken lassen, während die eigentliche Lösung so einfach wäre: Wir müssen uns nur umsehen und anfangen. Ich wollte die Wut und die Enttäuschung, die ich oft empfinde vermitteln, ohne aber dabei die Hoffnung zu verlieren. Denn trotz all der Fehler, die wir als Menschheit machen, glaube ich daran, dass wir die Fähigkeit haben, uns gegenseitig zu helfen und uns zu befreien.

Für mich ist dieser Song auch eine Befreiung. Er ist mein Weg, meine Gedanken, meine Zweifel, aber auch meinen Glauben an das Gute in der Welt zu teilen. Ich möchte den Menschen zeigen, dass wir alle Verantwortung tragen – nicht, weil uns jemand dazu zwingt, sondern weil es in unserer Natur liegt, füreinander da zu sein. "Hand in Hand" ist nicht nur eine Aussage, es ist eine Einladung. 

Eine Einladung, Teil von etwas Größerem zu sein, ohne dass man dazu erst ein System braucht. Einfach Mensch sein, füreinander da sein. Das ist, woran ich glaube. Und das wollte ich mit diesem Song ausdrücken.
