“GO HARD, NO REGRETS!” is the motto Brooklyn born emcee Sinful the
Great lives by. Listening to his gritty street wise lyrics, it is easy to see
that Sinful is going hard with his lyrical warfare and regretting nothing.
Born in the 80’s, Sin was the last child of three, but the first to be born on
U.S. soil. “I symbolized a new beginning for my West Indian parents who
migrated from Jamaica to The Land of the Free,” Sin states. “Scrapping

and scraping is all they knew. Since they were able to make it fighting
against the odds, winning is in my veins.”

Influenced by Kool G Rap, Nas, Big Pun and Big L, Sin has crafted an
eloquent flow and a poetic lyricism that is reminiscent of Rap’s greats.
Sinful raps about the struggles of street life not to glorify it, but to show
that everyone has a choice and opportunity to do better than the streets.
“I want to inspire the youth and my peers to strive for more than the
streets,” explains Sinful. “Most importantly, I want my music to entertain
you but I also drop jewels to keep you thinking.’’
