Sonta has a lot to get off her chest — and heart. Since racking up millions of YouTube views with the soulful singles “You Ain’t Shit” and “Who Is She,” the singer/rapper known for delivering R&D, which she describes as "rhythm and drill," is leaning into vulnerability and playing to her creative strengths. Raised on a mix of Mary J. Blige, Lauryn Hill and Jagged Edge,the Chicago-based songwriter is no stranger to exercising her romantic theories on men through songs. Her 2018 debut In My Feelings put her range of emotions and lyrical prowess on full display, while Hood Love: Vol. 1 was inspired by her first long-term relationship at 13 with a young boy, who was tragically gunned down in front of her. With new music on the way, Sonta is reintroducing herself. After being stuck in what she calls a “love loop” during quarantine, she is set on proving her music can’t be contained in one category. With her new music, Sonta is more determined to prove her supporters right than her haters wrong.

Savannah Cristina is a Singer/Songwriter and Spoken Word Poet from South Florida. Born in Miami, the lyricist moved to Fort Lauderdale where she was introduced to rap and poetry. She began Slam poetry her freshman year of High School. She immediately placed and won numerous slams and began performing at local as well as out of state events such as the TV series Brave New Voices. She began making her own music last May of 2016, incorporating her writing skills along with her ear for music in order to create very raw and personal work that is described as undeniably relevant and relatable.
