Based in Leicestershire England, Nick's passion for underground music started in the early 90's from attending & DJ'ing local events. At this time Nick was going by the name of "DJ Joker" playing a diverse range of music from Hardcore, Drum & Bass to Techno, inspried by Carl Cox, Dave Clarke, Grooverider, Sasha, Dave Seaman, this propelled him to play along side some high profile names, Kenny Ken, Pilgrim, RatPack, Slipmatt. The Transition from playing the harder side of underground music to House & Progressive House took place around 95/96 and saw him rewarded with a regular slot at one of the UK Super club's - Passion, here is where Nick curated a sound of atmospheric driving progressive house sounds that has stayed with him and is a core value of his productions today. Now going by the name of CLASSROOM Nick's sound has matured, it is still diverse but those core vaules of melodic, atmospheric soundscapes stays strong throughout his DJ sets & productions.
