In October of 2023 I got to play on my first DJ controller (Numark DJGO2). My buddy came for a halloween party and brought the board over to mess around with. I had no clue what it was but I was hooked. 2 months later I bought a FLX 4 controller and started practicing. I didn’t know really anyone at the time who was into DJing so I relied heavily on YouTube tutorials. After a year of mixing I started looking for other ways to reach more people. I found that through music production I could express my taste in music. I purchased ableton and went to work. It was probably the hardest thing for me to understand when compiling all the elements together. But the more I was making the music, the more I couldn’t stay away from it. It’s been such a cool experience being able to make something cool and have your friends bump to it to. I’m super excited to continue doing what I love and I hope you guys can join me to on this journey!
