Kimisma is an Experimental artist based in Athens, Greece who creates worlds filled with horror and insanity, where reality gets distorted and sanity frays. Worlds that swallow the listener into a journey that evokes a spectrum of feelings, from despair-inducing fear to melancholy and confusion. By fusing Destroyed Industrial Techno with the haunting malevolence of EBM and Darkwave, and also incorporating the disruptive energy of Breakbeat and the paranoid surroundings of Noise, along with harsh vocals and screams, he creates an atmospheric field that transports the listener, enveloping them in a transcendental narrative, where dark, distorted soundscapes drenched in horror can meet the sorrowful strains of melancholic melodies.

This volume gathers voices from Georgia, Norway, Russia, the UK, Italy, and the USA a lineup built not only on geographical spread but also on a deeper commitment to diversity across race and gender.

What unites them is a shared understanding of techno as a vehicle for tension, defiance, and catharsis. § (Section) sets the tone with 'Distorted Soul', a washed out, atmospheric descent into distortion and decay, where every layer sounds like it's been dragged through ash. ERASE (NOR) follows with 'Repentance', a thumping body track built to punish and uplift in equal measure pure hardware muscle and forward drive.

KLEPERIS delivers 'Applause', a tribal, offbeat, and unbalanced, it moves like a ritual with no clear end, its grooves both jagged and hypnotic. NEW FLESH tears through the haze with 'Bloody Minded' raw edged, aggressive, and soaked in punk energy. It's the sound of someone choosing noise over silence every time.

'The 9th Sin' by NOT SO HEAVY is a gritty, heavy-grained cut filled with smudged textures and low-end pressure, it grinds forward like a corrupted engine. PLURAL closes the VA with 'What Say You', a tightly wound lo-fi piece of driving discord, where looping tension builds toward a sense of beautiful collapse.

RITUALS11 is a sharpened document of where techno stands right now, not polished, not safe, but alive and unfiltered.

§ - Distorted Soul

Depth.Request proudly announces the debut full-length album from French electronic artist Pierre
Berge-Cia — a culmination of two years of dedicated experimentation and creative exploration.
This inaugural LP represents a significant milestone in Pierre Berge-Cia’s musical journey,
showcasing his innovative approach to electronic music.
Crafted through experimental processes and delving into themes of tension, control, and movement,
"If You Do, Then When?" unfolds as a visceral journey through the complexities of bodily and
sensory experience. Each track is designed to reflect the human body in all its shapes and forms,
using innovative sounds and structures to evoke physicality and movement, and aiming to resonate
with listeners on a deeply corporeal level.
The album was produced using a combination of the Elektron Digitone synth, a Mackie CR1604
mixer, a Shure SM57 microphone, and a limited selection of digital plugins to maintain sonic
consistency. Mastering was handled by Pierre’s close friend, Stefan Brown — also known as
"Lesser Of". His expertise as a top-tier sound engineer at Abbey Road Studios helped shape the
LP’s pristine and powerful sound identity. Additionally, the tracks were tested and refined using
some of the electronic scene’s most beloved sound systems, ensuring an impactful club experience.
The album’s artwork, created by Pierre Berge-Cia himself, is a reinterpretation of one of his
favorite art performances: "Rest Energy" by Marina Abramović and Ulay. The tension of the drawn
bow and the close-up framing of the subject evoke a palpable sense of danger and emotional
intensity, mirroring the physical and psychological strains within human connection. Pierre used his
own hands as the model, infusing the artwork with a deeply personal and intimate touch that
amplifies the psychic gravity and thematic cohesion of the album.
Pierre Berge-Cia’s debut LP is a multi-sensory experience that challenges listeners to feel sound in
its most physical and affective form.

OMEN Recordings proudly announces the release of Ceremony, the second EP on the label from Japanese techno artist B.A.R.K. Known for his ritualistic, atmospheric, and percussive approach, B.A.R.K. delivers four original tracks that channel relentless momentum and immersive intensity—hallmarks of the OMEN sound and a continuation of his evolving vision within the label’s catalog. Each piece is carefully constructed, weaving hypnotic rhythms with layered textures that evoke both primal energy and cinematic tension.

Βorn in Athens in the 1980s, originally from Crete and Thrace, Sirap is a mix of multicultural musical influences. In recent years, he has been living permanently in Heraklion, where he is engaged in the production of electronic music while simultaneously mixing tunes from various musical genres.
Ηis love for music started at a very young age since his mother listened to and had several vinyl records of mainly Greek rock and folk music. Ηe came into contact with psytrance and dub at a very young age as he spent his summers on the mysterious island of Samothrace .
Ηis favorite genres are mainly techno industrial,electro, noiz,acid and ambient while very often he enjoys mixing his first musical love psytrance.
You will find him in hidden bars but also in canyons,old factories or isolated beaches mixing artificial and natural sounds.
His music is dark and fast with eerie elements and he likes experimenting a lot, spending endless hours in the studio teasing and exploring the world of synthesizers.
In Heraklion, he is a member of the self-organized music group BA2037, which mainly organizes electronic live events and parties.
