Distorted Desolation

In Greek mythology, Deimos is the personification of fear and panic in battles, and twin brother of Phobos who represented fear. Together, they accompanied the god of war in every fight.

It’s taken 6 years for ‘Phobos’ to meet ‘Deimos’ musically. The label believes that it couldn’t have been a more representative moment of what they needed to express, due to the uncertainty and confusion we are living. With this work, they explore the somber feelings and existential conflicts that take hold of us in these difficult times, sometimes in contrast with the need for struggle and survival.

This magnificent EP, under the stamp of the Barcelona label Urban Legend records, includes four enfolding tracks by Lair and Wará, full of shadows and dark voices, that will take you on an inner journey to the deepest within you. The EP is enriched by two extremely powerful remixes, full of demonic rhythms and underworld atmospheres, created by Sam KDC and NX1.


Today, we present the excellent remix of 'Badb', by the Barcelona-based duo NX1. The remix is a slow, dark techno track, with its eerie synth and vocals filled with agony, accompanying  the heavily distorted drums that gradually lure the listener into a state of mental anaesthesia.

With “Inhuman Power Game”, BLVSH founder, INVERNO ( @invernonrevni ) crafts a powerful track blending hardware and digital sounds. Built upon recordings of their Lyra 8, the track emerges as a response to the distressing realities of our world—armed conflicts, invasions, and wars—channeling these emotions into a profound sonic statement.

Available in digital and vinyl format, this release is a kaleidoscope of sounds and vision, offering four original tracks that explore the depths of Deep Hypnotic and Industrial Techno, created by the talented Fluid, INVERNO, TÖRIA, and Pooja B.

Este álbum conceptual explora las oscuras y evocadoras profundidades de las tierras que rodean el Monte Vesubio. Como un viaje a través de estos territorios envueltos en misterio, las pistas brindan una experiencia sonora que captura la atmósfera enigmática y contradictoria de la zona. 

Usando códigos binarios y cartografías digitales, Hah Nah crea patrones numéricos que se transforman en texturas generativas y paisajes sonoros, dando forma a paisajes sonoros fluidos y suspendidos. El álbum se desarrolla como una narrativa emocional e imaginativa, que explora las dualidades y tensiones latentes entre la grandeza del Vesubio, la serenidad de los pueblos costeros y las historias enterradas bajo cenizas milenarias. 

"Vesuvian Sighs" invita al oyente a involucrarse con las múltiples facetas de uno de los entornos más fascinantes y paradójicos del mundo, ofreciendo una experiencia musical rica, inmersiva y compleja.

Βorn in Athens in the 1980s, originally from Crete and Thrace, Sirap is a mix of multicultural musical influences. In recent years, he has been living permanently in Heraklion, where he is engaged in the production of electronic music while simultaneously mixing tunes from various musical genres.
Ηis love for music started at a very young age since his mother listened to and had several vinyl records of mainly Greek rock and folk music. Ηe came into contact with psytrance and dub at a very young age as he spent his summers on the mysterious island of Samothrace .
Ηis favorite genres are mainly techno industrial,electro, noiz,acid and ambient while very often he enjoys mixing his first musical love psytrance.
You will find him in hidden bars but also in canyons,old factories or isolated beaches mixing artificial and natural sounds.
His music is dark and fast with eerie elements and he likes experimenting a lot, spending endless hours in the studio teasing and exploring the world of synthesizers.
In Heraklion, he is a member of the self-organized music group BA2037, which mainly organizes electronic live events and parties.
