Born Dion du’Bignon on December 27, 1989 in Jacksonville, Fla.  Dion “Dion Made The Beat” knew he would be a musician at the age of 3. Crediting his grandmother (Jean du'Bignon) , who bought him his first hand held boom box with the mini antenna. In elementary school Dion would get into trouble with teachers for beating on the desks too much. From 6th-12th grade he was the kid everyone looked for to beat on the cafeteria tables for the freestyle sessions during lunch. He knew then, in school that he would find his voice through his creativity with making beats! At age 16 he was introduced to Fruity Loop 7 by a good friend “Knot” (Fellow producer out of Lakeland Fl) ;Not obtaining the program until becoming acquainted with 93.3 The Beat’s very own Jeremy Wilson. His inspirations began to come from some of the greatest of all time including Timberland, Mannie Fresh, Pharrel, Tumps, Kanye west, and more. Even though at this time Dion and friend Jay were working at T-Mobile in Orange Park mall, Dion knew he would be a major asset in the music industry. He since then has worked with many great underground artist 
including but not limited to Rich Broke, Broadway Louie, Sir Preme, Cool Ass Chelsea, Lil Darren, Junky Jit, Sol, LocuhTelli, Kxxzi, Deyvid Blvd, Cho, Mike the Singer and Many more.
