Pygmy Up (feat. Russ Liquid)

We created Tribute almost 6 years ago with two really close friends of ours from Germany called CMC&Silenta. Our long time friend and collaborator Steve Beddall jumped on the track and wrote the lyrics and played the lead guitar and the song quickly become a personal fav of ours. Somehow over the years it just never got finished for a proper release, but we kept performing it in live in sets around the country whenever we had Steve on tour with us. We even played it live with Steve at our first ever Coachella just to do something different and bring our own vibe. We asked Steve the other day what was going through his head 6 years ago when he sat down wrote these vocals and he said "I guess the lyrics are really just reflecting a feeling of pushing through adversity, maintaining a positive mental attitude and also feeling proud of accomplishments." When the quarantine hit, we finally opened it up and polished off the production, now feels like the right time for Tribute to finally get released. For us its a Tribute to everyone thats supported us in our journey to get us to where we are today ♥
