I'm at the beginning of my songwriting career—finally sharing the flood of lyrics that have been pouring out of me. Though I don’t sing or play instruments, I’ve been using AI tools to transform the songs I hear in my head into emotionally resonant demos. These tracks span a variety of genres—from country-pop to dance, rock, ballads, and funk-pop—showcasing the full range of my songwriting voice.

Each song on SoundCloud reflects a different facet of my creative style, and I’m eager to collaborate with vocalists and musicians who connect with the sound. If something resonates, I’d love to hear from you.

Nick Ray is an independent producer/singer/songwriter from New Orleans. His music career began as a lead singer in the local scene performing with numerous rock and alternative bands. Not wanting to be tied down to a single genre, Ray continues today as a solo, experimental artist writing and producing almost all of his songs as they genre hop between Pop, Soul, Alternative, Hip Hop, and EDM. Nick has also had the pleasure of collaborating with talented acts such as @neptunicamusic on "Mountains" and @djadaro on "I'm Alive". His soulful voice, along with his natural ability to write and produce exceptional tracks leave Ray poised for a promising musical future, as it’s safe to say he has only scratched the surface.
