DJ and Producer from Heidelberg, Germany.

With an open and inquisitive mind for everything that is electronic music-based, he has spent the last decades absorbing a variety of different genres and styles ranging from berlin techno, melodic techno, acid, trance, tech house, breakbeat and experimental electronica.

Influences from artists such as The Future Sound Of London, Prodigy, Aphex Twin, Surgeon, Boston 168, Ellen Alien, System 01, Spektre, Pulse One are just some of the musicians that went on to form the musical parameter in Davian production. 

His musical creations span from melodious and enigmatic chill tunes to the harsher realms of Breakbeat and Acid techno.

Industries is an electronic music project by Markus Hetheier. His music explores and subverts musical structures and ranges from field recordings, distorted sounds to harmonic melodies and large beats. 

Together with Norrisette, he co-runs the queer electronica night FLUFF which recently received funding through Factory International’s Factory Sounds programme.

Besides being an electronic musician, he is also undertaking a practice-based PhD at the School of Digital Arts (SODA) investigating queer sonic geographies of Manchester.
