A grungy rap song inspired by the tragic death of a person who died in the room next to mine in a rehab I was at. I wrote it for him and didn't know his name, but it made me have such an overwhelming feeling like his spirit was hovering over the place. I came up with the riff on my acoustic guitar when I was there and recorded it when I got out. Its lyrics have bits and pieces of experiences I went through while there and the suffering I saw in other people. I felt the man who overdosed deserved a song dedicated to him, and I also related my own fears of the way I used to live at the time in the song. It also critiques the revolving doors that rehabs become and the hoplessness one can feel when they have no support system.
