The Hungarian powerhouse that is Muzzaik returns to Great Stuff to kick off 2014 with a fearsome double-helping of pumping house music. 

Roar leads the charge, with rubbery off-beat bass and rapid-fire riffs hammering away alongside peppy, snappy percussion, all cooked up into a steamroller of a groove. A big snarling breakdown broods with dark tension, with an intense snare roll building things up further and clever FX trickery worked into the fills. It&#8217;s got more than a hint of &#8216;90s hardbag / hi-NRG to it, and is all the better for it.

Gravy continues the theme, with classic house rhythm permeating the hard-hitting beats, fizzing stabs and a rampant b-line dusted off with huge swathes of FX. Pulsing pads in the breakdown work their way around an old skool vox cut-up and ever-rising synths to help set up an enormous drop. Supercharged house music for big rooms.

The sound, ubiquitous as it is, will be familiar to anyone involved in the world of electronic music and there’s good reason for that: Klock’s deep and percussive work and ability to pull from a wide range of influences have earmarked him as a unique agent for the techno cause. Adam Beyer’s Drumcode juggernaut attracts more fans and critical plaudits with each passing year. Holding firm on its future facing ethos, techno’s number one label presents a new volume in its acclaimed A-Sides series with 20 prime tracks to signify its 20th anniversary. 

Such is the volume of quality music Adam Beyer receives throughout the course of the year, releasing all of it would be impossible. Enter the blue chip A-Sides series: a chance for the quality-obsessive label head to issue a collection of outstanding tracks that couldn’t fit in their regular EP release schedule. 

With an eye on future talent, as much as the label’s established roster of heavy-hitters, the compilation showcases the full breadth of Drumcode’s multifaceted techno sound, equal parts inspiring and functional. 

Led by the stealth techno funk of ‘Nine of You’, Beyer’s deft collaboration with Mark Reeve, the compilation takes in exciting highlights from big guns such as Alan Fitzpatrick, Dustin Zahn, Bart Skils, Pleasurekraft, Luca Agnelli, Jay Lumen, Kaiserdisco and Gary Beck. 

The rich vein of form displayed by emerging techno talent is similarly given prime position. The hoover heavy lead track ‘Moon Rocks’ is packed with booming percussion, intricate synths and brooding crescendos. The EP encapsulates Sangiuliano’s wide spectrum of sounds ranging from the fat bass line of ‘Moon Rocks’ to the more delicate harmonies shown within the ‘Dutch Kiss’ mixes whilst ‘Ghettoblaster’ sits somewhere in between.

Es handelt sich um 2 Portugiesische Produzenten die sich vor über 4 Jahren zusammenschlossen, um gemeinsam als "Remotion" Techno Songs zu produzieren. 
Sie glänzen mit einem einzigartigen, spielerischen und zeitweise auch fututristischen Style, den sie auch in ihren Sets perfekt zur Geltung bringen. 
In der Vergangenheit releasten sie Tracks auf Labeln wie z.B. Elevate, Syncopate und Sync Forward. Letzteres haben die beiden 2010 zusammen mit ihren Freunden von der Crew Monotronik gegründet. 
Mittlerweile haben die beiden eine breite Palette an Liedern vorzuweisen, die letzte EP "Lucy" lief sehr erfolgreich und ergänzt komplentär das Gesamtbild der Diskographie. Zudem remixten sie bereits Tracks von Künstlern wie Luigi Madonna, Andres Gil und Marck D.
Ich glaube mehr ist nicht zusagen, außer viel Spaß beim genießen.

Marius is one of the most talented and uprising DJ and Producer in our hometown Stuttgart. His love for music and vinyl were not only decisive factors for Marius Lehnert to establish himself as a DJ but are still the basis for his passionate work today. Marius attracted bigger attention for the first time through his residency in the notorious Club Rocker 33 in Stuttgart. 
Over the years, he consolidated his typical style which is always melodic-groovy and never without soul, no matter whether he supported one of the huge acts of the game or appeared as a headliner himself. In so doing, his musical spectrum ranges from Deep House and Tech House to rather technoid sounds.
In addition to being a DJ and promoter, Marius also focused more and more on producing electronic music over the last years.
Over the next years, some more releases followed on several labels, and a couple of tracks together with Arno Mueller on Parquet Recordings with international recognition. His track "Vere" was also part of the "Ten Years Parquet Recordings" anniversary compilation and was played all around the globe.

After releasing music for several years under the name Big Mister Doom, Ian Scott and Joe Wretham formed Buran in 2015 to explore a more focused sound, with their eye clearly on the dance floor.

Since forming Buran has become a full time project with recent releases on Beachcoma, Roam Recordings, Det-Sync and a number of successful collaborative releases with Timothy ‘Heretic’ Clerkin with more under development. 

2017 looks to be a busy year with releases of new material on Night Noise and various remix projects underway alongside Buran continuing to play out and develop their full live show first debuted in late 2016.

And that's what Leipzig/Germany based Marcel Sterling alias Marc DePulse wants to tell us with his releases and podcasts: there is no box into which you must fit in because you are free in your mind to do whatever you love. Being real, being authentic, being a full time music lover. That means: go to bed and wake up with only music in your head.

Whoever shed some tears while listening to emotional music can relate to what Marc is trying to achieve. It has to be “music to remember” and make a big impact. And that could be a melody, a baseline, steady percussion or strong vocals. Marc has already connected a lot of that love with his music. In more than a decade represented by the strongest labels (150+ releases) and performing on the biggest international stages, Marc has established as a unique producer and DJ.

After releases and remixes on Noir Music, Traum Schallplatten, Definition:Music, Katermukke, Selador – just to name a few – Marc is currently working on his second artist album which will be released in 2017 on his homebase label Einmusika Recordings.

According to his own productions, Marc is running the rising label JEAHMON! Records and opened another platform for the artists origins. “How I Met The Bass” is a storyteller podcast project which became a big brand yet.
