Born in 2012, Sündenböck & Maddizin (S&M) project is the creative union of two longtime friends who set out to explore electronic music together. Starting with a passion for Techno and Minimal, their journey soon led them into the deeper realms of psychedelic music and its vibrant culture.

Through years of performing and curating both indoor and outdoor events, they shaped a unique musical identity. Armed with an evolving setup of synthesizers, mixers, and effects, they craft a sound that fuses analog warmth with electronic precision.

Today, S&M delivers a powerful blend of Tech-Trance and Zenonesque influences, constantly pushing the boundaries between Techno and Psy to create an immersive and distinctive sonic experience.

Regarded upon his 2006 arrival as a promising beatmaker looming in the shadows of J Dilla, Madlib, waterfalls and Dabrye, Steven Ellison -- known as Flying Lotus -- nullified all comparisons only two years later with Los Angeles. On that album, his first of five for the Warp label, Ellison distilled a uniquely crisp, spasmodic, and heady sound with elements of hip-hop, avant-garde jazz, IDM, and dubstep. While the abovementioned producers fueled Ellison, he had also been excited as a youngster by the '90s West Coast rap classics that combined programming and live instrumentation. His sound continued to develop as he put his own twist on the approach, recording with a crop of jazz musicians including the indispensable likes of bassist Thundercat and strings master Miguel Atwood-Ferguson. This process began with the turbulent 2010 set Cosmogramma and peaked in terms of acclaim in 2014 with You're Dead!, which crashed the Top 20 of the Billboard 200 and spawned the Kendrick Lamar collaboration "Never Catch Me," a Grammy nominee for Best Dance Recording. Ellison devoted a few years to various forms of film work and the operation of his revered Brainfeeder label, and returned in 2019 with Flamagra, his second consecutive album to top Billboard's Dance/Electronic chart.

A state of mind, David Fischer and Daniel Beck truly live up to with their Zurich-based dj-duo project. At the early age of 15 they took pleasure in the wonderful sound of pumping beats, sharp cutting high hats and splashy claps. Brought to by their party experience they began mixing their own music and soon they started organizing Psy-Trance parties themselves and likewise immersing in music production.
It took them a few years and many many hours of experimenting with sequencer and synths to establish a serious workflow, to achieve satisfactory results in an eagerly-awaited desirable quality, and furthermore to develop their own refined style of tech music.
At the end of 2015 they formed David & Goliath, presenting an outstanding Live act, delivering fresh Techno and Tech –house beats. Dark, thumpy and twisted, is how they like their repetitive 4/4 tech music.
