As a hypnotherapist of over 12 years, it is my passion to help people overcome their issues and get back on their feet. One of my core skills is helping my clients to heal from adversity (let’s face it shit happens!), finding hope and confidence for the future and relaxation is my expertise.

I can help. I’ve found myself in the situation of raising children for the second time around so these days I am a solo mama of 4 children from teen to baby age. 

Described by a fellow therapist as ‘the boss lady of chill’ (I think that’s a very kind description and not one that I always feel when I am negotiating the stresses of toddler tantrums, teen drama and the mental load of raising 4 children solo!) but needless to say I am an expert in ‘finding your fabulous’ after adversity. 

When I discovered that my ex-husband had had an affair throughout my second pregnancy (meh) I had a choice. I could live that life and be disrespected OR I could be brave and raise my children alone. I won’t lie. It was brutal having a 2 year old and a newborn as a 20 something single mum BUT I followed my own motto. The best revenge is to be fabulous. Meanwhile, I’ve lived a colourful and eventful life which has never been boring. 

Despite the challenges of raising 4 children alone, I’ve applied the mindset skills that I teach to negotiate the challenges of parenting and find the magic in everyday life, creating goals and creating and crafting the life I want to live.

As one or the UK’s top Hypnotherapists, I see people both face-to-face and via zoom. My passion is healing and helping women to find their fabulous and learn how to create their own magic. Ladies your inner goddess is just waiting to be unleashed! Men… I will help you be the best version of yourself.

My passion is creating a happier and healthier life. You might have found me from the weekly soundbath meditations that I run.
