Hiiii its yorukos 6th anniversary today :) most people dont really know about her since she was basically discontinued for a long time but Ive actually had this vb ready for months I just. Had some trouble releasing it (read: too lazy to tune) LOL
So since she only had really old voicebanks Im treating this as a new beginning for her (and kind of me as well). You can get a couple of her older banks from the site because I dont wanna just scrap them forever but for all intents and purposes I consider this to be her true debut! 
Honestly Im very thankful to everyone who helped me go through with this project cuz it was... Super hard since Im not a motivated person at all >__< special thanks goes to violin and makku for guiding me though the entire process and helping me ensure a high quality voicebank for her!! Also thanks to my lovely boyfriend ven for pressuring me into releasing her for good <3 hehe

I finally finished this cover, woohoo!
Knowing how to code was super helpful; I got tired of finding the proper string for every single sound I still needed, so I ended up writing a program to do it for me, which made it go way way way faster, even with how buggy it still is, hahaha. 
I think this taught me that VCV is better suited for slower songs, but I do think it did come out a little more understandable than the CVVC would've, and I'm still happy with how it turned out. Hopefully with how many syllables this song required, I'll be closer to being able to make more full covers with this bank, too.

I made Number Bronze sing in English.
Her -ganga- voicebank has some extra phonemes for English. As it turns out, she's surprisingly good at singing in English, which is especially interesting, since her voice provider claims that she isn't very good at speaking English. Vowel-wise, she only has /3/ and /{/, but she has a lot of extra consonant sounds that while they aren't necessary for English, they definitely improve her fluency, and are very appreciated. They're very well-pronunced too, her r's and l's are pretty much pronounced perfectly, whereas a lot of Japanese people struggle with, and most of her other sounds, while they can have occassional oddities, are generally pronounced correctly and consistently. She's fun to use, and she reminds me a lot of Megpoid English phoneme-wise. It makes me wish for a full English voicebank, though, -ganga- does a pretty good job in itself.
For this song, I tried mashing vowel sounds in unconventional ways to make her pronounce sounds her voicebank doesn't actually have, such as /I/ and /@/, while also trying to imitate Katy Perry's pronunciation. Turns out that Number Bronze is very receptive to that sort of method, and you can get some really interesting pronunciations that way.
Also, this was maybe one of the hardest .ust's I've ever made. The timing on this song is so unexpectedly weird.
