Labor Musik is a record label standing for high quality electronic dance music - founded for all music lovers over the world.
We offer space for different genres like Deep House, Progressive House,  Electro Pop Techno and Melodic Techno.
The most important thing for us is - the unique style and passion for story & details.

Growing up surrounded by music, Nicola Koch soon started making his own sounds by playing violin and singing in a classical choir. 17 years old he started experimenting with vinyl and turntables and a big love for hip-hop begun. Without loosing that reference, techno and house music came into play and soon Nicola started growing as a DJ. 

Spending time in the studio hours for hours, Nicola started to develop his own kind of minimalistic groovy style of house, which he represents in all of his mixes and productions. Music, stripped down to the essentials. 

Finally at the end of 2013 the first release was set on the Bernese Label Sirion Rec. Shortly after Nicola released more of his tunes on Labels such as Baile Musik, Tip Tap Records, Minimal Kids and Konzentrisch Music. 

At the moment Nicola Koch is in progress of arranging his live set, which can be expected by the end of summer 2015. 

Nicola Koch wuchs in einer musikalischen Familie auf. Mit Einflüssen von Pink Floyd und den Beatles war die musische Ader von Kind auf geprägt. Mit zwölf Jahren Geigenspiel und acht Jahren Chorgesang schulte Nicola Koch in der klassischen Musik sein gehör.Mit 18 Jahren begann die Liebe für Vinyl zu wachsen und das Ersparte musste für Plattenspieler und Mixer herhalten. Mit ersten Gehversuchen im Hip-Hop, wuchs bald eine Passion für elektronische Musik. Unterdessen hat Nicola Koch in der Berner Clubszene festen Fuss gefasst und ist daraus kaum mehr wegzudenken.  
In naher Zukunft sind einige Produktionen auf Labels wie Sirion, Tip Tap Records und Minimal Kids geplant. Musik ganz im Zeichen des Grooves.

K1 Projekt (oder auch Keis Projekt) ist ein Berner HipHop Kollektiv, bestehend aus den Rappern Don, PeWe, Mad und der Rapperin Shayne.

Bereits seit den 2000er Jahren waren alle in unterschiedlichen HipHop- und Musikprojekten in der Szene aktiv. Im Rahmen der monatlichen Berner HipHop-Jamsession The Talk! entdeckten die vier Künstler ihre gemeinsame Leidenschaft für tiefgründigen Mundartrap nach alter Schule. Seit dem ersten gemeinsamen Song im Jahr 2020 arbeitet das frisch gegründete Kollektiv "K1 Projekt" regelmässig an neuen Songs.
