This practice allows participants to explore their energetic sensitivity, reflect on their boundaries, and actively create protection without feeling closed off.

You are invited to either stand or sit with your feet firmly planted on the ground.
There is no background music purposefully so as not to influence your experience of the guided imagery and your ability to tap in to your senses, feelings, emotions and narratives during this exercise.

These 3 shields are designed to offer various functions and levels of protection to enjoy.

Before you listen, you might like to ask yourself?

•	How do you physically feel when you’ve absorbed too much energy from others?
•	Do you notice particular people, places, or situations that drain you?
•	How do you currently protect your energy? (If at all)
•	Can you recall a time when you set an energetic boundary successfully? What did it feel like?

Afterwards you may ask yourself:

1.	What situations in your daily life call for Earth (solid boundaries), Water (gentle filtering), or Fire (clarity and self-empowerment)?
2.	Which shield do you already use instinctively?
3.	What practical actions (beyond visualisation) can support your energy protection?
o	Saying “no” with love
o	Taking breaks from overstimulating environments
o	Practicing energy-clearing rituals (smudging, salt baths, movement)
o	Wearing a specific crystal or symbolic item
