Bufo, based in Melbourne, Australia, is an artist, producer, DJ, and founder of Salkantay Records. Kicking off 2026 with a bang, his debut EP ‘Rebirth’ marks a bold new chapter in his sonic journey, signifying growth and evolution while showcasing a more energetic, hypnotic, and immersive techno experience across a year of forthcoming releases.

His early releases—including debut tracks ‘Jungle Walk’ and ‘Save You’ on UK label Diesel Recordings in collaboration with bass heavyweight Boydex, followed by ‘Lose Myself’ and ‘Samsara’ on Salkantay Records—showcase a mastery of atmospheric storytelling and deep emotional resonance. These works, alongside collaborations with standout vocalists and producers, have cemented Bufo’s reputation for crafting musical journeys that balance intensity with euphoria. 

His vision for Salkantay Records is devoted to electronic storytelling through deep emotional melodies, hypnotic grooves, and cinematic journeys. Salkantay Records aims to champion artists who push boundaries, craft immersive experiences, and blur the lines between genres.
