Hello Everyone, welcome on board the PFG Progcast, your weekly excursion around Planet Prog! We have left Australias shores in search of some fresh new talent, and in doing so we haven't had far to travel. October begins by crossing off a new country on our travels, New Zealand! We've landed at the home of an ex-pat making big waves with big connections, and a healthy CV to boot. PFG Please make some noise for NILA. (Nic Cavendish) 

Scottish-born, Nila now calls Auckland in New Zealand his home. A DJ first and
foremost, his break into the scene came back in the 90s in his hometown of
Edinburgh playing radio shows and club gigs across the country.
As a Producer, Nic has been releasing his own music with a number of record labels, such as Selador, Limbo, Pangea, Tarnished, ICONYC, BC2 and more. His most recent signing is to another major player(more news soon)Its clear that his sound is finding an ever-larger fanbase, as behind the decks these productions have gained support from the likes of Hernan Cattaneo and Gai Barone, no less.

Nila has been booked at a number of successful events based in Auckland including Shipwrecked, Soronous, Collude and Aum who all recognise Nic for his sound and technical ability. At these gigs he has supported the likes of John Digweed, Guy Mantzur, Dave Seaman, Nick Warren, James Zabiela, Hernan Cattaneo and Eelke Kleijn.

His frisky Radio show ‘S I M U L A T I O N’ which started in Oct 2018 has also been well received and has been gaining popularity, regularly hitting the #1, #2 and several other top 10 positions in the friskyRadio Top 100 charts. 

With no sign of stopping, Nila is just hitting his stride so watch this space… because you’ll certainly be hearing a lot more from him in the very near future!

Harry Lemon, aka LEMON8 has been at the forefront of dance music both as a DJ and producer, whilst producing a soundtrack of a generation at the same time. Model8 - his first ever produced track from 1993 - is now being recognised as a classic and a landmark in Techno and dance music in general. 

The Inner Sanctuary Sessions double album, solely consisting of his original music and remixes, is now recognised as a highlight in Progressive House Music with tracks like 'New York, New York' and 'Lose Control' just to name a few. The latter was even voted all-time best record on the iconic Bedrock label in 2020 by the fans by a landslide!

Throughout the years, his music and remixes are known for bridging gaps and crossing boundaries between genres. Harry's work is being played by an eclectic array of DJ’s like Danny Tenaglia, Tiesto, Danny Howells, Armin van Buuren, Richie Hawtin and Sasha just to name a few. 

As a DJ he has performed worldwide at the most influential clubs and festivals. His popular monthly 8TM radio show at friskyradio.com is now in its 14th year and has garnered many loyal fans.

Harry’s work has always remained relevant and very much in demand, gaining him rave reviews with every release and a now legendary status that only few can achieve. After having some time off, dealing with the pressure that comes with being an artist, 2020 and beyond is totally dedicated to being back on the road, presenting his latest productions, greatest hits and showcasing that Progressive House Music and MeloTech is not just about a label or style, but about attitude!

Nigel was resident DJ at Renaissance UK from 1992-2008. He moved to Sydney, Australia in 2008 and dropped out of the music scene for 10 years. 
In 2018 he came back to his passion and started to enjoy the music again and got involved with doing mixes , including Balance. 
He concentrated his own monthly radio show hosted on Proton Radio called Spatial that  ended after 3 years.
