Exclusive The Golden Filter 'Electric Light (Curses Remix)'

The Golden Filter's album 'Autonomy', which first bloomed in spring 2019, is reflourishing as various selected tracks got the remix treatment and are unified under the EP title 'Autonomy Variations'. One to blossom his remix-approach is Curses, who took on 'Electric Light' and implanted his gloomy rock-ish psychedlic vibe into the track's torso. Indeed Curses comes in with a lush and present bass line that still does not come to the fore, just as if 'Electric Light' was guided by the changing or recurring soundscapes that either blend in perfectly or consciously but abruptly segue from one sequence to another, while being chased by the Golden Filter's vocals. Altogether Curses delivers one forwardly thinking artsy musical piece that comes in with unexpected and surprising sound arrays that have not been put together in such an advanced way.

The Golden Filter's EP 'Autonomy Variations' will be released on 4GN3S on November 29th, 2019.

Jennifer Touch - Behind the Wall

Dresden born and Berlin bred firecracker Jennifer Touch releases her long-awaited debut album ‘Behind the Wall’ via FatCat on April 24th. Equally at home on and off the dancefloor, it’s wave-kissed dreariness dripping with cold sensuality is both vibrant and brooding. Showcasing her unique sound in the saturated world of electronica, Touch successfully draws from electropop and disco influences, combining 80’s vintage synths with industrial soundscapes, delivered with a visceral post-punk snarl.

The previously released ‘Chemistry’ has been given an overhaul, and the base of all the songs on the record, Touch penned it in a slump of depression. “I knew I had the music inside me, but it felt like I was stuck,” she explains. The result is a sinister anthem reverberating in industrial charm.

Christoph Waelkens is a Brussels based musician composing personal, exotic electronic music. In the early nineties he was involved in many releases on the pioneering Belgian label Elektron. Later on focusing mainly on piano composition and polyrhythmic music (Shona), staying low profile yet highly active. "HøRD is the solo project of Bordeaux-based synthwave producer Sebastien Carl.

Debuted by Antoni Maiovvi and Vercetti Technicolor's Giallo Disco, an EP on SNTS' Sacred Court and a second full-length on Avant! have followed.
Bodies is his third album and it shows eight new passages that take HøRD’s distinguishing features one step further once more.
Ethereal synths matching deep analogue beats, veiled vocals speaking of visions, memories, meaning and failing.
